Doryn AI ("the app") is a dream journaling and AI-assisted interpretation service that can generate text, image, and video outputs from your dream inputs. The service is intended for personal and entertainment use only and is not medical, psychological, legal, or emergency advice.
2. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the app, you agree to these Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, and the Content Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
3. Age requirement
The app is strictly for users 18 years of age or older. Use by anyone under 18 is prohibited. You are responsible for accurate age declarations and lawful use of the service in your jurisdiction.
4. App feature boundaries
- The app may include mature themes, sexuality references, non-graphic violence references, medical/wellness context, and chance-based activity themes intended for adults.
- The app does not provide unrestricted in-app web browsing.
- The app does not provide open user-to-user chat or public user-generated social feed functionality.
- Ads (including rewarded ads) may be displayed where available.
5. Account responsibilities
You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must not impersonate others, share accounts in unauthorized ways, or use the service for unlawful purposes.
6. Prohibited uses and content policy
You must not create, request, upload, store, or distribute content that violates law or this policy. Prohibited conduct includes:
- Sexual or nude content involving minors, young-looking persons, or age-ambiguous persons.
- Non-consensual, exploitative, coercive, or abusive sexual content.
- Graphic sexual content created primarily for pornographic purposes.
- Graphic, sadistic, or extreme violent and gore content.
- Hate speech, discriminatory abuse, targeted harassment, or violent extremism content.
- Promotion, instruction, or facilitation of illegal activity.
- Attempts to bypass moderation or safety systems.
- Content that infringes third-party intellectual property or personality rights.
Non-explicit mature dream context may be processed with safety controls. Sensitive output may be restricted, warning-labeled, or blocked according to platform policy and law.
7. Enforcement and permanent termination
If misuse, abuse, illegal activity, or policy evasion is detected, we may immediately restrict features, remove content, suspend access, and permanently close your account without prior notice. Repeated or severe violations may also be reported to competent authorities where required by law.
8. Credits, purchases and ads
The app uses a credit system for generating images and videos. Paid credits are sold via Apple App Store or Google Play Store in-app purchases; pricing and billing are managed by the respective store. Free credits may be offered through promotions such as watching ads; third-party ad networks may process device identifiers as described in the Privacy Policy.
Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may change or be discontinued as part of service updates. We may correct obvious errors (for example, incorrect credit balances) and may revoke credits obtained through misuse or policy violations.
9. Intellectual property
You retain the rights you choose over your dream text and the interpretations and media generated on your behalf. The app processes this content only to provide the service and to enforce its policies.
10. Disclaimer
Dream interpretations and generated images/videos are for personal, entertainment use only; they do not replace professional medical, psychological, or legal advice. AI output may contain errors or disturbing content; you may use in-app reporting and feedback tools in such cases.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided "as is"; we do not accept liability for indirect or consequential damages. Mandatory legal provisions that require otherwise remain unaffected.
12. Changes
These terms may be updated. Material changes may be announced in the app or by email. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
